Our Story
Led by a husband and wife team, Rachel and Richard, who have lived together in Africa, the Middle East and Asia, Grounded is a new consultancy focussed on leading high quality work on important topics in the humanitarian field. Grounded exists to deliver insights built on deep analysis, and to communicate findings with candour and clarity. We work with an extensive network of seasoned, senior former colleagues with local, donor and UN experience.
